Job summary

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation in Romeoville, IL is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick orders and perform receiving activities in our distribution center. The role requires operating a stand-up forklift, loading and unloading material, and following safety procedures.

Two 3rd-shift positions are available: Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 pm–5:30 am. The ideal candidate can lift up to 50 pounds, work standing for long periods, and label and package items for UPS shipments per customer

Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.
• Safety practices and procedures must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift to pick and package orders.
• Receive and put away incoming material.
• Load outgoing material and unload incoming material.
• Package UPS shipments.
• Clean designated areas of warehouse.
• Label material per customer specs.
• Move material to new locations as needed.
• Follow all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• All other duties/tasks as assigned.

Compensation: $21.50 - $22.00 / hour

Description

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is looking for a Warehouse Associate. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking all orders that flow through the warehouse according to company procedures while following safety practices and rules. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for all receiving activities including the loading and unloading of material. Operating a forklift and computer are required along with the ability to lift heavy material up to 50 pounds.
Currently looking for two 3rd shift positions:
3rd-shift runs Sunday through Thursday, 9:00pm- 5:30am

How You Will Help:

• Operating a stand-up forklift truck to pick and package all customer orders consistent with company standards
• Receiving and putting away all incoming material
• Loading all outgoing material and unloading all incoming material
• Package UPS shipments
• Clean designated areas of warehouse as needed
• Label material according to customer specifications
• Move material to new locations as needed
• Must follow all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• All other duties/tasks as assigned
