The position requires adherence to safety policies and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with 1–2 years of related experience ideal, and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Basic English reading/writing required.
• RF scanner and/or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts (8+ hours).
• Willingness to operate material handling equipment and rotate to different areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QA checks, sort, pallet build and wrap, pack and load.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small unit items on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/check out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (order picker, forklift, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Complete routine tasks with guidance from supervisor and escalate issues.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate concerns to management.
