The role involves lifting up to 50 pounds, working in refrigerated spaces, and operating various handling equipment. Strong English communication and the ability to adapt priorities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• No previous warehouse experience required; training provided on day one.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated conditions (36°F‑42°F).
• Ability to follow directions and adjust priorities as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with basic technologies/computers or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
