Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Associate II, Warehouse Ops role in our Ohio facility. You will handle inbound and outbound activities, receiving, picking, packing and shipping products while meeting quality, safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include using pallet jacks and MHE, following SOPs, and participating in cross-training. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work overtime, and comply with OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 ft regularly.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Follow directions and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks in inbound with pallet jack or equivalent devices.
• Use Manhattan WMS to check in products; follow regulations for refrigerated items.
• Store products in warehouse locations using an order picker or other devices.
• Pick products from locations and load into outbound trucks.
• Follow SOPs to process orders, perform quality checks, and prepare shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Operate material handling equipment (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory control; discuss concerns with management.
