Job summary

TransChicago Truck Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2:30pm–11:00pm shift. You will handle warehousing activities, inventory control, and recordkeeping, routinely checking in shipments, stocking parts, and preparing orders for shipment or will-call pickup.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of industry experience. Regular lifting and safety checks are part of daily operations in a fast-paced, family-owned dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors.
• Put away incoming stock and label with barcode bin labels.
• Check in all incoming inter-branch shipments and update packing slips.
• Pull customer orders and prepare for will call, packaging, or delivery.
• Dispatch parts drivers to addresses on the sales invoice or PO.
• Process and maintain all returns and file freight claims for shortages or damaged parts.
