Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Denton, TX with starting pay at $22.85 per hour and a pay range of $22.85 to $25.79 per hour. A shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour may apply based on eligibility.

As a Warehouse Worker you will pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests, follow safety policies, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse. Training on powered equipment is provided, with emphasis on teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Able to read labels, tickets and other product documentation.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Must understand, speak, and read English to follow safety and other policies.
• Maintain positive attitude while working independently and in a team.
• Attention to safety and proper operation of powered equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
• Attend safety trainings for operating in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise for stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized.
