Job summary

Target is hiring Warehouse Workers in Michigan for evening and night shifts. Roles involve packing, loading, shipping to stores and guests, and ensuring accurate merchandise processing.

You’ll follow safety policies, attend trainings, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace while working independently or in teams. Starting pay is $20.50–$24.01 per hour with potential shift differential and career progression based on tenure.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently.
• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to push carts up to 60 lbs and move items using hand trucks and carts.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Operate computer systems or handheld devices after training.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow safety policies and attend trainings in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
