Job summary

Charlie’s Produce in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a reliable warehouse team member to join our cross-functional cold-chain operation. This role focuses on accurate order picking, palletizing, and safe handling in a refrigerated environment.

Using a hands-free voice-pick headset and riding pallet jack, you will build organized orders with product integrity, while meeting food safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pick orders with accuracy using a voice-pick system.
• Organize orders on pallets with care for product quality (organic, fragile, etc).
• Operate a riding pallet jack safely and within company protocols.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures at all times.
• Work effectively in a refrigerated environment (35–56°F).
• Able to lift 40–60 lbs frequently.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Pick full case produce orders using headset-based voice picking.
• Wrap and stage orders on pallets for delivery to customers.
• Maintain product integrity and quality during packing and staging.
• Operate a riding pallet jack and ensure safe work practices.
