Job summary

Charlie’s Produce in Alaska is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will pick daily customer orders, stage pallets, load trucks, and maintain accurate paperwork while ensuring product care.

This safety-sensitive role requires reliability, basic math, and the ability to work overtime. We offer a strong benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), ESOP, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse work experience preferred.
• Basic math comprehension required.
• Must be safety minded.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work on your own with a detailed list of tasks to accomplish during shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick daily customer orders using pick ticket and headset.
• Orders must be picked within an acceptable guideline for errors.
• Place orders on pallets with care, maximizing product handling.
• Stage completed pallets in loading area.
• Load trucks as determined by delivery schedule.
• Record amounts of items picked on paperwork.
• Properly palletize and wrap orders for shipping.
• Maintain warehouse and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Notify management if food safety or quality is compromised.
• Other duties as assigned.
