Job summary

PAW Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Caregiver Support Staff member to support caregivers and coworkers from 2 pm to 11 pm. The role involves greeting, scheduling, clerical tasks, and processing payments within a veterinary clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred.
• Compassionate and calm team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet caregivers and coordinate communications with coworkers.
• Receive calls, provide information, and route inquiries.
• Schedule appointments between caregivers and medical staff.
• Assist patients based on urgency and staff availability.
• Perform clerical duties (filing, copying, faxing, emailing, scanning).
• Process invoices and reconcile cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Medical Support Team to answer caregiver questions.
• Maintain a clean front lobby and assist across departments.
