VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center is seeking a part-time evening Client Service Representative for our front desk support team.

Shift Hours: Up to 30 hours per week, evenings including weekends and holidays, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Client Service Representative to join our front desk team. The role involves creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client and patient.

Essential Functions:

1. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting clients during their visit.
2. Scheduling and confirming appointments.
3. Presenting and explaining fees, processing payments, and assisting with credit applications.
4. Answering questions about products and services, and educating clients on pet care.
5. Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
6. Maintaining a clean and organized facility.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience, via employment or volunteer work.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Compassion for pets and people, with awareness of others’ reactions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work around pets with allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches, and waste.
