UrgentVet is seeking a dynamic Veterinary Practice Manager to lead our urgent care hospital and oversee day-to-day operations in Coon Rapids. You will guide the team, prioritize patient care, and ensure financial stability while upholding our patient-first, client-first philosophy.

The role requires managing nights, weekends, and holidays (no overnights), with a 40–45 hour weekly schedule and on-site presence to support urgent care delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Experience managing teams and operations in a veterinary clinic.
• Ability to drive a positive work culture and efficiency.

Responsibilities
