Cox Automotive - USA in Bordentown, NJ seeks a Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist I to support auction vehicle intake and processing with an evening, on-site schedule. The role offers hourly pay and potential additional compensation based on location and performance.

Responsibilities include data entry into AS400, labeling, guiding transporters, taking vehicle photos, and ensuring proper sale IDs while maintaining safety standards in a dynamic yard environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Input vehicle data into AS400 using a handheld device or relay data via headset.
• Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles; flag 'no key' cars.
• Direct transporters to drop zones and report any damage.
• Take digital photos of vehicles upon receipt.
• Provide proper sale identification windshield code at registration.
• Follow safety procedures and cooperate with Safety leadership.
• Assist on sale days by driving vehicles through auction lanes.
