Carvana is hiring a Technician, Inspection to drive the customer experience at our Inspection Center. You will perform 150-point inspections, note imperfections, and test features like backup cameras and Bluetooth while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Automotive Technician experience.
• Positive, can-do attitude in a team setting.
• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Quality-first mentality upholding Carvana’s vehicle quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Entry-level understanding of vehicle mechanical repair.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform 150-point inspections and routine maintenance.
• Record imperfections found during the initial inspection process.
• Notate and test all controls and features on the vehicles including backup cameras and Bluetooth.
• Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work.
• Work on a variety of vehicle tasks for extended periods of time.
• Partner and provide clear communication with other team members and departments involved in the vehicle reconditioning process.
• Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized.
• Report any safety issues or accidents to management immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.
