Optimized Waste Removal is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to work evenings at an apartment community in Lewisville, TX. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, and help keep the property clean.

Responsibilities include hauling waste to dumpsters, picking up litter, documenting violations, and completing routes safely. Must have a pickup truck, valid license, and ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
