Job summary

Ace Parking is seeking an energetic parking attendant to greet guests, park vehicles, and collect fees with accuracy across all shifts, with evening availability preferred. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to a positive guest experience, maintain clean and organized facilities, and help maximize profitability for the operations. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and secure keys.
• Greet guests and explain procedures and fees.
• Assist guests with questions and concerns and handle issues calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring fees are collected accurately.
