Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and secure keys.
• Greet guests warmly and explain parking procedures and fees.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve concerns calmly and professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maximize revenue by accurate fee collection and reporting maintenance needs.
