Reimagined Parking is hiring a Valet Cashier for Parkland Memorial Hospital. This part-time position (Mon-Fri, 1:45pm-7:15pm) involves operating a parking lot, handling cash transactions, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include ticket handling, payments, and assisting guests at entry/exit, while coordinating with the Operations Manager to maintain safety and accuracy in cash control.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to verbally communicate with guests.
• Learns quickly and makes sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience with cash handling is an asset.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash transactions with accuracy and precision.
• Keep cash organized and track on hand.
• Sort cash and tickets throughout the day.
• Complete shift/daily reconciliation of receipts, cash, and charges.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier booth and work area.
• Greet guests politely and provide assistance as needed.
• Adhere to dress code and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns promptly.
