Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Part-Time Valet Parking Attendant for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. The role requires delivering excellent customer service while parking and retrieving vehicles in a fast-paced medical campus environment.

Shifts vary and may include weekends. The position pays $26.73 per hour, non-tipped, with a focus on safety and courtesy and adherence to all laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure: greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, enter data.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver courteous customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients and teammates.
• Report incidents to supervisor promptly.
