Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a full-time Valet Parking Attendant for La Baia South Residences (9201 E Bay Harbor Dr, Bay Harbor Islands, FL 33154). Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 3pm–11pm. Pay: $16/hour plus tips.

This role emphasizes courteous guest interactions and safe vehicle handling in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, issue tickets, park and retrieve cars, inspect for damage, and maintain clear communication with the Operations Manager and team to ensure exceptional

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles with normal coordination and manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and accurate tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings using ticketing systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage when needed.
• Report incidents to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
