Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant for La Baia South Residences (Bay Harbor Islands, FL). Pay is $16/hour plus tips. Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 3pm–11pm. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with guests in a busy environment.
Ability to operate guest vehicles safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, with guest greeting and ticketing.
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and accurately.
Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings using tickets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide directions as needed.
Open doors, assist with loading/unloading personal items, and maintain brand image.
Direct traffic, monitor areas, and coordinate with towing services when required.
Process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue and tickets.
Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
Report incidents to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
