Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Valet Parking Attendant at La Baia South Residences in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.

You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles safely, handle tickets, and provide outstanding customer service during 3pm–11pm shifts Wednesday to Sunday. The role requires prompt, courteous interactions, attention to safety, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and basic driving with manual transmissions preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check as required by law and company policy.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure; greet guests and manage tickets.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with directions.
• Open doors, assist with loading/unloading, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and coordinate with towing when needed.
• Process valet fees and support end-of-shift revenue reconciliation.
• Report incidents promptly to supervisor and maintain professionalism.
