Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Background and driving record check required.
• Previous hospitality or high-end customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome all guests, answer questions, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, and provide service information.
• Vehicle Handling: Fill out valet tickets, conduct damage checks, park/retrieve vehicles, and secure keys.
• Appearance and Presentation: Maintain professional appearance and clean valet area.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with hotel staff and colleagues during busy periods.
• Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols and report incidents; inspect valet area and equipment.
• Maintain The AAA’s of Service: Positive attitude, impeccable grooming, and willingness to assist guests beyond expectations.
