Job summary

AAA Parking, in partnership with Hyatt Regency Atlanta, is seeking a valet attendant to warmly greet guests, open doors, and assist with luggage while providing local information and a memorable experience. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, perform damage checks, keep keys secure, and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Previous valet, hospitality, parking, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including automatic and, preferably, manual-transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry guest luggage and other items as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and handle guest vehicles, keys, and property responsibly.
• Ability to successfully complete any required background and driving-record checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests with coats and luggage.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and points of interest.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintain vehicle keys in a secure, organized manner.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally and keep the valet area inviting.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or incidents to a supervisor.
