Job summary

ATG-Entertainment is seeking an Usher Supervisor in Sugar Land, Texas for a part-time role with evening hours, including weekends and some holidays. The position focuses on frontline guest services, ADA assistance, and coordinating staff across events.

You will report to the Customer Experience Manager/Director and ensure guests receive accurate information and a smooth event experience while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; some college preferred.
• At least 3 years of customer service or managerial experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Event: attend pre-show meetings and communicate needs to staff; ensure areas are presentable and ready for guests.
• During Event: act as front-line contact, manage crowd flow, resolve issues, communicate via radio; assist in post-event reporting.
• Post-event: support staff to resolve patron concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
