NewYork-Presbyterian/Queens in Flushing, NY is seeking a Part Time Evening Unit Clerk for the 6 North Med Surg/Tele team. You will greet visitors, answer questions, and help keep patient information flowing in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications include HS Diploma or Equivalency, 1 year of clerical and keyboard experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Evening shift is 22.5 hours per week, with weekends and holidays rotation.

• Clear, courteous communication with staff, patients and visitors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient requests and maintain unit clerical workflow.
• Welcome and direct visitors and staff to appropriate areas.
• Answer phones and page nurses on the unit.
• Sign for important medical deliveries and keep patient information accurate.
