Job summary

Zehnder Rittling in Western New York is hiring a Punch Press Machine Operator for the turret machine on the second shift (4:00 pm – 2:30 am, Monday–Thursday). The role involves set-up and operation, quality checks, and moving finished parts to next operation.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year similar work experience desired.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use small hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up turret and operate punching equipment.
• Perform first piece inspection and ensure quality standards.
• Deliver punched material to next operation and coordinate tooling with CAD as needed.
• Maintain safe work practices and assist in other areas as needed.
