Job summary

White Lodging operates Hotel Trinity in downtown Austin, launching in late 2026. We are seeking a PM Turndown Attendant for evening shifts to uphold the highest standards of guest room cleanliness and turndown service.

You will maintain guest rooms, prep turndown carts, and assist with public areas, while complying with brand guidelines and safety protocols. This role requires initiative and physical stamina in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking.
• Certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling nightly.
• Perform full cleans on late checkout guest rooms.
• Stock turndown cart and replenish bath amenities.
• Properly turndown beds according to brand standards.
• Aid in cleaning public and back of house areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
