Ally Waste is hiring part-time Trash Valets to collect trash from apartment doorsteps in Mesa, Arizona. This opportunity allows you to earn $55 per night working independently during short evening shifts (Sunday-Thursday) typically lasting 1-2 hours.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (preferably an open-bed pickup truck), and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. This role offers the potential for leadership advancement and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck preferred.
• Smartphone required for uploading photos.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
