Job summary

Ally Waste in Phoenix, Arizona is hiring part-time Trash Valets to collect trash from apartment doorsteps during evening hours. This role offers flexible shifts, usually Sunday through Thursday, for 1-2 hours per night, earning $35 per shift.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Open Bed Pickup Truck Preferred.
• Ability to work independently and safely outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Collect tied trash bags from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

Skills

Ability to carry up to 30 lbs

Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours
