Job summary

ALLY WASTE SERVICES LLC in Mesquite, TX is hiring part-time Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet) to support apartment communities. Earn $20-$40 per night by working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week).

As a Trash Valet, you will collect tied bags from doorsteps and transport them to the community dumpster, helping keep neighborhoods clean and running smoothly. Shifts are Sunday to Thursday, start at 8pm, typically 1-2 hours per night, with PPE provided and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation with an open bed pickup truck.
• Smartphone required for app use.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk stairs.
• Ability to work evenings and independently outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment communities collecting tied trash bags from doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in the company app.
• Follow safety guidelines with provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
