Job summary

Ally Waste Services is seeking part-time Trash Valet team members for evening shifts in Tempe, AZ. Pay ranges from $25 to $50 per night, with shifts typically 1–2 hours and a 5-night week. You will walk apartment grounds, collect bags, and transport them to dumpsters.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, reliable transportation (open-bed pickup preferred), a smartphone, and physical ability to handle bags and stairs. Weekly pay and safety gear are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and proof of auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation — Open Bed Pickup Truck preferred.
• Smartphone required.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and be active for 1–2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in company app.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
