Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Fishers, IN area. The role offers guaranteed hours with a Sunday-Thursday schedule, start time around 8:00 PM, and 1 to 4 hours per night.

You will collect bagged trash, transport waste to the dumpster, and walk the community, working independently while following safety policies. A pickup truck or equivalent vehicle is required; training is paid, and the position is a 1099 contractor role.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and a suitable vehicle.
• Smartphone required for work communications.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
