Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Carmel, IN area. This role offers guaranteed hours, a fixed route, and a reliable paycheck, with only a few hours needed each night.

Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening, Sunday-Thursday starting at 8:00 PM, and a paid training program is provided. A pickup truck or cargo van is required, and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
