Job summary

Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Westfield, IN 46074 area. Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening with a schedule Sunday–Thursday starting at 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday off.

This contractor (1099) role offers a flat-rate pay structure, monthly earnings between $400 and $1,300 depending on community size, and paid training. A pickup truck, trailer, or cargo van is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to service multiple communities.
• Smartphone for work communication.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
• Walk the apartment community during service hours.
• Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
