Qualifications

• 1 year or more of relevant experience.
• 1 year or more of experience in training or leading a team.
• 2 years or more of experience in specimen processing in a hospital or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding of new employees and initial training.
• Provide ongoing group and individualized training to enhance performance.
• Deliver training on policies, procedures, and Lab Information Systems.
• Evaluate and update existing training materials.
• Support leadership with quality and service metrics.
