Job summary

Smoothie King in Johns Creek, GA is seeking a Team Leader for evenings to guide a team, ensure a clean and welcoming store, and deliver great guest experiences. You will oversee prep, training, and operations to meet daily goals while maintaining standards for safety and quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and strong communication to support a friendly, efficient store environment and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
• Must be extremely reliable, customer-friendly and organized.
• POS familiarity would be a plus; SafeServ qualification is an added plus for salary determination.

Responsibilities

• Prep store for morning shift with items ready for serving customers.
• Organize daily food preparation and assign tasks to team members.
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, powders, and liquids per specs and keep stations clean.
• Monitor inventory and flag shortages to store GM.
• Maintain a clean, neat store environment; train new hires when needed.
• Ensure smoothies and bowls are prepared and presented attractively; greet guests.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing tasks.
