Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading teams.
• Experience in customer service or food-related industries is a plus.
• General knowledge of POS functionality is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Must be extremely reliable, customer-friendly and organized.
• SafeServ qualification will be considered for salary determination.

Responsibilities

• Prepping store for the morning shift, ensuring opening shift starts unencumbered.
• Organizing daily food preparation needs as assigned by Team Captain.
• Preps for fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids per specifications; maintains clean stations.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to General Manager.
• Assign cleaning tasks to maintain a clean store environment.
• Maintain a neat, clean store including countertops, equipment, and rest rooms.
• Assist with training of new hires to ensure standardization of work.
• Ensure smoothies are properly blended and bowls/toasts are presented neatly.
• Greet and engage guests to provide a friendly experience.
• Communicate customer needs and areas for improvement to Team Members and Team Captains.
• Complete all store checklist tasks including temperature checks and hourly walk-arounds.
