Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–2 years of switchboard experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a switchboard system to relay incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls.
• Screens, identifies and places incoming and outgoing calls; responds calmly to emergency calls, codes, and alarms.
