Summary

JOIN TEAM TRILOGY:

The Evening Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Director of Health Services and Assistant Director of Health Services in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the evening functions of the Nursing Department(s), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations while maintaining high-quality care.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday Evening Shift
• 1pm-9:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm
• Clinical Leadership on-call rotation as required

Payment

Evening Supervisors are eligible for additional shift and weekend pay differential.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nursing service department in accordance with regulations.
• Make reports and recommendations regarding department operations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services for continuity of care.
• Manage reportables with supervision from ED/DHS.
• Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care plans.
• Perform MDS section GG assessments within the required timeframe.
• Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, and evaluations.
• Supervise and assist with resident care based on assessed needs and care plans.
