Job summary

Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 is seeking an Evening Manager on Duty to ensure successful store operations during off-peak hours. You will oversee customer service, teammate performance, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, safety, and closing procedures.

You will act as MOD in the absence of the Store Manager and ensure all responsibilities align with company standards and values. Responsibilities include ensuring proper staffing, addressing concerns, maintaining store appearance

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage others and demonstrate follow-through to achieve desired results and objectives.
Ability to work independently and take initiative during non-peak management hours.

Responsibilities

Act as Manager on Duty during evening hours in the absence of the Store Manager or Co-Manager.
Oversee department staffing and evening operations to maintain efficiency.
Ensure proper closing procedures and adherence to dress code, timekeeping, and company policies.
Address customer concerns, teammate issues, and operational disruptions promptly and professionally.
Maintain store appearance, safety, and product availability through collaboration with Team Leaders and evening staff.
Utilize store systems to manage workflows and communicate with leadership.
