The ideal candidate will guide the evening staff, monitor performance, resolve issues, and communicate key updates to daytime management. Flexibility is required to cover shifts starting between 2 pm and 4 pm, with typical 9–10 pm finishes and rotating

Qualifications

• Experience supervising evening or night shifts preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.
• Flexible scheduling with shifts starting between 2 pm and 4 pm and ending by around 9–10 pm.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and merchandising to maintain standards.
• Close store operations and secure entry points.
• Lead evening team, ensure tasks completed, monitor performance and enforce policies.
• Track workflow and ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Communicate operational updates to daytime management.
• Handle customer complaints and staff conflicts, make independent decisions when needed.
• Complete end-of-day reports, manage cash draws/deposits, and track inventory.
