Job summary

Freight Breakers in West Jordan, UT is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to oversee daily operations in our warehouse. The role covers supervising staff, ensuring shipping and receiving quality, and maintaining inventory control on the Fri-Sun 7p-7:30a schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including 3PL operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
