Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail supervisory or management experience required.
• Grocery, supermarket, or other high-volume retail experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and manage store operations independently.

• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty from 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Provide leadership and operational support across all store departments.
• Maintain a visible presence and address customer and employee needs.
• Ensure high standards for customer service, store conditions, product availability, cleanliness, and safety.
• Direct employees and adjust staffing or priorities based on business needs.
• Support departments with stocking, merchandising, and operational tasks as needed.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor employee performance and adherence to company policies.
