Job summary

North Central Surgical Center, part of United Surgical Partners International, is seeking a Full-Time Sterile Processing Technician for the Evening Shift (3p–11p). The role centers on preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments for the main SPD department and supporting operating room teams.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician.
• 2+ years experience in instrument room setting or related role.
• Experience with all types of sterilizers and OR instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily instrument room operations.
• Maintain inventory of surgical instrumentation and supplies.
• Maintain and assist with implant sets and sterilization processes.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and hospital staff.
• Demonstrate dependability and accountability; pursue ongoing education.
