Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in preparation, decontamination and sterilization of instrumentation preferred.
• Certification in sterile processing required; CRCST preferred or CSPDT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrument processing and terminal sterilization across departments.
• Maintain proper inventory and ensure documentation is complete and presentable.
• Operate and interpret instrument tracking and preference sheet systems.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and use PPE correctly.
• Report equipment malfunctions and support department improvement initiatives.
