Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech for a 13-week assignment in a Boston-area hospital. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of acute care experience and current CRCST or CSPDT certification, with CEUs up to date.

Evening shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (8 hours) Sunday through Thursday, with weekend rotation every eight weeks. Must be fluent in English and proficient in orthopedics, cardiac, and neurosurgery; experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of acute care experience required.
• Certification must be CRCST by IAHCSMM or CSPDT by ASHCSP and kept current with CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Sterile processing duties for orthopedic, cardiac and neurosurgery cases.
• Maintain certifications and CEUs as required.
• Adhere to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
