Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a Certified Sterile Processing Technician (CRCST or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with demonstrated clinical and leadership skills.
• Active member of IAHCSMM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and allocate environmental, technical, and personnel resources for OR Sterile Processing operations.
• Provide leadership and supervise unit staff; participate in staffing schedules.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, standards of care and critical paths to promote patient outcomes.
• Support unit management through collaboration with Clinical Manager and organizational committees.

Education
