Foster Lake & Pond Management is hiring a Technician II in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on learning operational tasks, working independently on lakes and stormwater devices, and upholding safety and company policies while using our software platforms.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associate-level training in landscaping or water resources. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Be proficient in FLPM policies and safety requirements.
• Work independently on lakes, ponds, and stormwater device maintenance.
• Use client reporting software and time-tracking apps effectively.
• Communicate with customers, supervisor, and team; respond to emails within 2 business days.
• Participate in trainings and maintain required licenses/certifications.
