Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma or Nursing Degree from an accredited program.
• Active PA RN license required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Conduct rounds to supervise day-to-day care per care plans and resident wishes.
• Receive, transcribe physician orders; order, prepare, and administer meds and treatments.
• Complete resident assessments and participate in development and implementation of care plans and discharge planning.
• Ensure ongoing assessments of residents' condition and notify physician as appropriate.
• Assist in documentation and escalation of changes in residents' conditions.
